ticket purchases
When you purchase tickets through our website or through a third-party ticket vendor we link to, the following terms apply:
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases, though we may exchange tickets for another concert in the same season, subject to availability. Please call the office if you made an error during checkout or looking to sell your tickets.
- Each ticket is valid for one use. Each QR code is unique to the buyer. Admittance will only be granted for one scan per code. One QR code = one seat, per concert. Transferable, but not duplicable. You agree to not duplicate or share your QR code with multiple people for the same performance.
- Concert changes. Programs, artists, and dates are subject to change. If a concert is cancelled by the CSO and cannot be rescheduled, you will receive a refund.
- Photography and recording. By attending a CSO concert, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional or archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at the venue.
- No Recording Allowed during concerts: By attending the concert and purchasing a ticket, you agree to not video, photograph, live stream or share live recordings, photographs or audio of the concert. Due to copyright restrictions with the music performed, the CSO
can not allow public recording or live streaming. - Third-party ticket vendors. Some ticket sales are processed by third-party vendors. Their terms of sale also apply and are available on their websites.
